Job Description
The ESC invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant teaching and non-teaching positions in UGIFT Seed Secondary Schools. Each school is allocated school administrators (one Headteacher and one Deputy Headteacher), teaching staff, and non-teaching staff to support effective school operations and high-quality education delivery. The roles are temporary and aim to strengthen staffing in priority government schools.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Teaching Staff:
- Deliver curriculum-aligned instruction in the assigned subject(s).
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain accurate student records.
- Assess and report on student performance.
- Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school development initiatives.
Non-Teaching Staff:
- Perform administrative, financial, clerical, and support duties according to the specific role.
- Maintain records, assist in resource management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the school.
School Administrators:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate school operations.
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and educational standards.
