Role Summary:
The teaching staff will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and evaluating student progress, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic and personal development of students. Teachers will also participate in co-curricular activities and support the school’s mission to nurture well-rounded individuals.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in the assigned subject area

  • Assess, evaluate, and report on student progress

  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools

  • Manage classrooms and maintain discipline

  • Participate in co-curricular activities and school events

  • Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and creativity

  • Integrate ICT tools in teaching and learning processes where applicable

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching standards
