Role Summary:
The teaching staff will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and evaluating student progress, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic and personal development of students. Teachers will also participate in co-curricular activities and support the school’s mission to nurture well-rounded individuals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in the assigned subject area
Assess, evaluate, and report on student progress
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools
Manage classrooms and maintain discipline
Participate in co-curricular activities and school events
Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and creativity
Integrate ICT tools in teaching and learning processes where applicable
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching standards
