Job Description
Job Title: Enumerators (11 Fresher Data Collection Jobs)
Organisation: Wezesha Impact
Duty Station: Kampala, Wakiso, Masaka, Mukono, Lira, Dokolo, Apac, Gulu city, Jinja, Kamuli, Iganga, Uganda
Reports to: M&E officer
The main purpose of the enumerator is to support the monitoring, evaluation and learning department with data collection. You will work with all ongoing programs at Wezesha Impact and also help in strengthening M&E functions. The ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in data collection and the ability to conduct digital data collection.
The enumerator will be part of Wezesha Impact’s monitoring, evaluation and learning team and will work on ongoing programs promoting youth entrepreneurship and employability.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Data collection for any assigned project
Review completed questionnaires for accuracy and completeness and edit where necessary before submission
Daily submission of all completed questionnaires.
Maintain clear and effective communication with the M&E officer

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree at least in the fields of Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, computer science. Having an M&E background is an added advantage.
Experience & skills
At least 1 year experience doing data collection
Having “SMART PHONE” is a smart
Familiarity with different mobile data collection apps like ODK, Kobocollect, Mwater.
Strong English communication skills, both oral and written plus a good command of a native language from the region of preference.
Ability to manage a complex and varied work load with flexibility under limited supervision
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility and Adaptability.
Experience in report writing
Geographical scope: Kampala, Wakiso, Masaka, Mukono, Lira, Dokolo, Apac, Gulu city, Jinja, Kamuli, Iganga
