10 Sales Representatives job at Mac Springs Foods

The Sales Representative will be responsible for listing All Seasons Detergent across general trade, wholesale, and modern trade outlets in Uganda, driving new business development, expanding market coverage, and ensuring strong product availability and visibility within assigned territories.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

List All Seasons Detergent in new outlets, including wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and general trade shops.
Open and activate new customer accounts within assigned territories.
Identify high-potential areas and customers to drive market growth.
Work closely with distributor sales teams to expand coverage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key customers.
Support distributor appointment and onboarding processes where required.
Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies.
Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive repeat orders and sustainable business growth.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence and feedback.
Ensure correct product placement, shelf visibility, and pricing.
Support promotions, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
Ensure availability of all All Seasons SKUs at outlet level.
Maintain accurate daily sales and listing records.
Submit weekly route plans and market reports.
Track stock movement and flag supply gaps in a timely manner.
Report directly to the Exports Sales Manager.
