How to Apply
Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations on site.
Ensure lifting equipment and accessories are inspected and certified before use.
Verify ground conditions, lifting plans, and risk assessments prior to execution.
Brief rigging teams, crane operators, and banksmen on safe lifting procedures.
Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Report and investigate any unsafe acts, near misses, or incidents during lifting.
Liaise with site management, crane operators, and riggers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain proper documentation of lifting plans, permits, and inspection records.
Ensure that only competent and certified personnel are engaged in lifting activities.
Stop any lifting operation that is deemed unsafe.
Certified and competent Lifting Supervisor.
Minimum [3] years’ experience in oil & gas, construction, or heavy lifting operations.
Knowledge of international lifting standards (e.g., LOLER, BS7121, ASME).
Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness skills.
Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and load charts.
