Role Overview
Liberty Insurance is seeking a results-driven Team Leader – Insurance Sales to manage and guide a team of Life Insurance Agents based at KIDO. The ideal candidate will oversee the performance of Parish Coordinators, drive sales targets, and ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with underwriting guidelines.

How to Apply
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Professional Certifications
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance.
Progress towards Insurance Training College (ITC) qualifications is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.
