How to Apply
Extension and Action Learning:
Raise awareness and recruit smallholder farmers for project participation.
Provide training on agroforestry technologies and best practices.
Offer technical advice and training to implementing local government partners.
On-Ground Project Management:
Prepare budgets for fund requests and account for expenses.
Organize meetings and workshops within the operational area.
Prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations, and present findings in meetings.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning:
Support PMEL (Project Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) activities and build capacity among implementing partners.
Assist in baseline studies, uptake surveys, and impact assessments.
Collect and analyze data for project monitoring and evaluation.
Continuous Professional Development:
Utilize collected research data to contribute to scientific publications.
Where applicable, use project data for academic advancement.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Agroforestry, Environmental Science, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in extension services, forestry, or agroforestry project scaling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to conduct basic exploratory data analysis and write reports.
Strong organizational skills for coordinating meetings and workshops.
Ability to ride and operate a motorcycle.
