Job Description
The Human Capital and Admin Executive will be responsible for leading and executing human capital and administrative functions to support the company’s mission and growth. This role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and office management. The successful candidate will also participate in human capital initiatives, maintain a productive workspace, and ensure health and safety compliance.

How to Apply
Provide operational support in learning and development, performance reviews, employee engagement, payroll, and HC data/dashboard reporting.
Assist in implementing human capital projects and initiatives.
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, including drafting job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and performing background checks.
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and Ugandan labor laws.
Promote a positive and engaging work environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
Manage office facilities, reception, and supplies to ensure a well-maintained, efficient workspace.
Assist the Health and Safety team in ensuring workplace safety compliance and coordinating emergency response plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in human capital management, with exposure to administrative functions.
Comprehensive knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Experience in healthcare operations is an added advantage.
