Job Description
The Assistant Relationship Manager Advantage Banking will work closely with the Advantage Relationship Manager to provide quality customer service and maintain client relationships. The role involves cross-selling banking products, managing customer documentation, adhering to compliance standards, and supporting portfolio management. The position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a thorough understanding of the bank’s products and services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide the Advantage Relationship Manager with leads and cross-selling opportunities.
Explain credit loan facility options and qualifying criteria to customers.
Assist customers in completing credit application requirements.
Cross-sell banking products to customers within the portfolio.
Deliver excellent customer service by adhering to service standards.
Drive customer retention through onboarding, visits, relationship management, and interventions.
Educate customers on bank products, services, and their rights as per Consumer Protection Guidelines.
Process customer documents for account opening, facilities, and other instructions as per laid-down procedures.
Handle customer loan queries and communicate approval or decline of credit loan facilities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Monitor and process account-related documentation, ensuring transaction completion.
Adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and guidelines.
Manage credit and operational risk in account opening and loan processing.
Ensure compliance with audit/risk parameters for advantage banking processes.
Resolve audit and risk findings within the portfolio in a timely manner.
Motivate and support credit applications in line with the bank’s credit policies and practices.
