Support in preparation of field monthly financial reports which include SUN Systems postings, bank reconciliations, journal entries preparations, personal advances, balance reports, grand summary sheets, supporting payment vouchers, and summarized expenditures.

Develop and Administer performance-monitoring tools to track project indicators in line with the project implementation plan: Orient staff on the data collection tools.

Oversee implementation of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and World Vision (WV) standards.

Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, fuel, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any issues to the Logistics Officer.

Develop annual project activity plans and update quarterly in collaboration with key departments, oversee implementation to high standards by scope and timelines

Collaborate with World Vision Uganda technical leads and support offices to develop high-quality, innovative, and competitive proposals.

Participate in quality assurance reviews and build the capacity of construction committees in each cluster to effectively monitor construction activities.

Effectively manage the sponsorship correspondence unit and supervise Sponsorship Correspondence Assistants within the unit to deliver quality correspondence operations within partnership standards.

Identify and build the capacity of key community stakeholders and partners in the Empowered Worldview (EWV) approach, promoting community transformation through scripture-based reflection, appreciation of local assets, social cohesion, and collective action.

This program is open to recent university graduates who have a genuine passion for serving the most vulnerable, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas of Uganda.

Contribute to the strategy of designated clusters/region/division by providing technical guidance to Managers to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes

Provide effective governance support to the board to ensure optimal management support and performance. Ensure the Board meets its legal mandates in accordance with the laws; and the governance processes are carried out in accordance with the requirements and policies of WV for an Intermediate Board.
