The Uganda Key Populations Consortium (UKPC) is a nationally recognized umbrella organization that unites and empowers networks of key populations, including sex workers, people who use drugs, men who have sex with men, transgender persons, and other marginalized groups, with a mission to amplify their voices, advocate for their rights, and improve access to health, legal, and social services. Since its establishment, UKPC has earned a strong reputation for community-led advocacy, evidence-based programming, and meaningful engagement with government and development partners, playing a critical role in shaping inclusive public health policies in Uganda.
