Develops structured marketing campaigns and packages products and services to achieve sales and market share targets.

Support to prepare procurement and disposal statements of requirements, prepare bids documents and adverts for bid opportunities.

Carry out clients’ training and orientation in MSC’s methodologies and operations to prepare them to access MSC products and service

Deliver packages, goods, mail & parcels and any other information to specific people, places and offices in line with MSC policies.

Analyse the performance of the zonal client portfolio (credit and grants) and report to the immediate supervisor.

Supply and replenish the Zonal office needs, and stationery, follow up on all procurement requests in the Zone and provide budget variance reports to the Zonal Manager.

Monitoring media coverage and public perception of the organization, and preparing media reports

Design, develop and implement state-of-the-art capacity-building tools, techniques and interventions for the client institutions for both zonal teams, trainers and trainees.

Analyse loan applications and submit them to supervisors for presentation to Credit Committees

Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and implement automated build, deployment, and monitoring solutions.

Support the Manager Legal Services in providing efficient, economical and effective management of the company’s recovery of the non-performing loans.

Identification, Analysis, measurement, prioritization and development of mitigation/control measures to manage all Key risks in the Institution.
