The Skills Development Officer is responsible for monitoring and regulating capacity building initiatives of Uganda’s human resources in the Oil and Gas Industry.

To monitor and regulate the development and operation of oil refining and gas conversion facilities to ensure that they are designed, constructed, operated, and maintained in a safe, efficient and secure manner.

To support the development and implementation of National Content monitoring and Evaluation framework and coordinate and be the focal point person for the timely preparation of National Content Reports.

The National Content Officer Contracts is responsible for monitoring and regulating procurements in the Oil and Gas Sector in Uganda.

The job exists to regulate the midstream operations so that they are conducted in a safe manner that ensures integrity of Midstream facilities but also complies with Ugandan law

The role is responsible for supporting the integration of appropriate engineering and technological solutions to mitigate environmental impacts

The Manager Facilities and Production will be responsible for coordinating the monitoring and regulation of oil and gas facilities planning, development, and utilization

The cost monitoring role exists to ensure cost-efficient operations in the oil and gas Sector in Uganda to maximize Government Take.

This job exists to manage the development of the PAU Strategic Plan and Annual Workplan and Budgets as well as contribute to the planning aspects of project formulation and preparation.
