How to Apply

  • Prepare the National Content Reports.

  • Leads the review of licensees’ and contractors’ reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly statutory reports, quarterly and Annual national content reports).

  • Lead the establishment and implementation of the National Content Monitoring and Evaluation framework at all levels.

  • Undertake monitoring of National Content related Projects in the Oil affected regions to assess progress.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of the national content activities undertaken by the IOCs, Contractors, and Subcontractors and suggest measures to improve the monitoring system.

  • coordinate with communities, service providers, local governments, development partners and civil society in the Albertine Graben to ensure long term approach to participatory monitoring and evaluation process.

  • Participate in the review of the internal and licensees’ National Content submissions (National Content Plans, Programs, etc.) to ensure compliance with National Content laws.

  • Facilitate the coordination of special studies such as impact evaluation regarding National Content interventions.

  • Support the coordination of the preparation of National Content work planning and budgeting.

  • Support the sharing of National content information with stakeholders.

  • Undertake any other assignments as may be directed from time to time.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Law, Economics, Statistics, Accounting/Finance, engineering, Monitoring and Evaluation, Natural resource disciplines such as Geosciences or any related disciplines from an internationally recognized institution.

Experience

  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, data collection, analysis and reporting in a busy and well-organized institution.
