Established in 2003, HarvestPlus is a program co-led by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT), dedicated to improving global nutrition and public health by developing and promoting biofortified food crops rich in essential vitamins and minerals.
