Collate the data collected by various partners and enter it in the HarvestPlus database.
Participate in regular planning and review meetings to enable participatory monitoring evaluation and learning of partners to improve performance. Participate in report writing.
Develop data collection tools for the various indicators.
Train partner staff and support partners to ensure collection of relevant and appropriate data.

Participate actively in program planning process to ensure that MEL activities are incorporated in work plans for partners.

Bachelor's degree in economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, or Development Studies with 5 years' experience.
Experience in M&E methods and approaches (quantitative, qualitative, participatory field research methods) including practices in the agriculture or nutrition sectors.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), knowledge of statistical software (STATA or SPSS).
Skilled in data management and analysis.
Very good oral and written English communication skills; fluency in some local languages.
Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work well within multi-disciplinary teams.
Very good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience working with NGO community and local governments.
Knowledge of pro-poor strategies; gender-sensitive approaches.
Solid understanding of rural development, with a focus on participatory processes, joint management, and gender issues.
