Attends to personal needs and comfort of patients and performs a variety of other duties to assist the staff nurse responsible for these patients.

Assists pharmacists in preparing, dispensing and maintaining inventory of drugs and medications.

The incumbent provides social work services which extend into ambulatory settings as well as all areas of the hospital.

Secures pre-registration patient data for Diagnostic Imaging Services as well as all direct admissions to the hospital.

Responsible for data collection, accurate recording and other related duties in assisting study team.

Demonstrates excellence in providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients and their families, as required.
