BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
SUPPLY OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR ASPIRE PROJECT - ADRA/SUPLS/2024//00015
ADRA Uganda has allocated funds in the FY 2024 Budget to be used for the acquisition of Motor vehicle: Double Cabin Pick-up
ADRA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supply.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic bidding method contained in the ADRA Uganda Procurement policy and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on bidding at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm working days Monday to Friday.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) should be made to bank account NO. 0158210635304 in the names of ADRA UGANDA SAVINGS, Standard Chartered Bank Uganda Limited. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 17th May 2024 at 12:00 PM East African/ Local Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the address below at 7(d) on 24th May 2024 at12:00 PM East African/ Local Time. In the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend

e. Contract signature 12 June 2024.
