East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd, an Oil and Gas company, invites experienced and reputable companies or organizations to express their interest in provision of Events ManagementServices for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline(EACOP).
The EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda to Chongoleani,
Tanga
Region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 296 km will be in Uganda. In Uganda the pipeline will traverse ten (10) districts comprising Hoima, Kikuube, Kakumiro, Kyankwanzi, Mubende, Gomba, Sembabule, Lwengo, Rakai, and Kyotera.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES
East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd, invites experienced and reputable service providers to express their interest in providing the following events management services in Uganda.
Events Concept Development, Coordination and Management
Provision of Events Logistics
Events Hospitality Management
Interior and Exterior Events Décor and Branding Management
Experiential Marketing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Companies and/or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
Brief description of experience, expertise, and capacity to deliver the required scope of services
Organisation profile detailing services provided, proof of performance, with reference letters from
previous clients
Legal entity documentation including a certificate of incorporation registration
Key qualified and experienced personnel with capacity
to deliver the required services
Financial capacity to deliver the services, including
submission of audited financial accounts for the last three
years
Proof of valid registration to the National Supplier
Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority
in Uganda.
Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority
(URA) and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year
available
Proof of registration with the National Social Security
Fund (NSSF)
Evidence of Health, Safety, Security, Social, and
Environmental Management including compliance
with regulations (Workplace registration with the
Ministry of Gender, Labor and Social Development) risk
management, and competence and training of workers
Proof of Anti-corruption, Anti-bribery, Compliance and Human Rights policies
Companies that have the ability, capacity, and resources
to implement the activities listed above should express their
interest by sending together with the support documents
stated in the above section through an email to procurement.

hours East African Time (EAT) on or before 10th November
2023.
Statements of EOI should be no more than ten (10) to
twenty (20) pages long. All Expression of Interests should be submitted in English Language.
Note: The EACOP project will review and assess the
documents provided by the interested companies to derive a
list of prequalified companies. Only prequalified companies
will receive, subject to signature of a Non-Disclosure
Agreement (NDA), an invitation to submit bids in furtherance
of the call for tender process.
