Job Description
The Waitress will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by attending to guests in a professional and friendly manner. Duties and Responsibilities
Serve drinks and meals to clients promptly and professionally.

Handle customer feedback politely and escalate complaints where necessary.

Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum of Uganda Certificate of Education (S.4) or equivalent.
Candidates below S.4 with proven work experience in hospitality are welcome to apply.
Catering or hotel hospitality training is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
High level of customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
