Job Description
The Junior Loan Officer will play a key role in client management by assessing loan applicants, ensuring timely loan collections, and delivering excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities
Assess loan applicants and verify supporting documentation.
Conduct loan collections and ensure timely repayment follow-up.
Provide customer service and address client inquiries.
Manage office operations and maintain organized records.
Offer basic financial literacy training to clients during loan applications.
Perform field visits and outreach using a motorcycle for client follow-ups.

Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum education: Senior Four (S.4) to Senior Six (S.6).
Must possess a valid National ID.
Less than 1 year of relevant experience required.
Strong customer care and interpersonal skills.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Quick thinker with attention to detail.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle.
Knowledge of Luganda language is required.
