Job Title: Diplomatic Executive Driver (Fresher Jobs)

Yuasa Investments is hiring a Diplomatic Executive Driver.
The Diplomatic Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation services to high-ranking diplomats, executives, or other dignitaries. This position typically involves driving luxury vehicles, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Driving Services:
Provide professional and safe transportation for executives, diplomats, and other senior officials.
Ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition and properly maintained, following company and security guidelines.
Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and time schedules for appointments and meetings.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Regularly inspect and clean the vehicle to ensure it is safe, clean, and presentable at all times.
Report any issues with the vehicle to the appropriate authorities for repair or maintenance.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional information related to the executives or diplomats.
Exercise discretion while interacting with passengers and be mindful of privacy concerns.
Navigation:
Familiarize yourself with city routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes to avoid delays or disturbances.
Use navigation tools (GPS) to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Customer Service:
Provide a professional and courteous experience for all passengers.
Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort during the journey.
Punctuality:
Ensure timely arrival for pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled.
Be prepared to adjust to changing schedules or unexpected changes in routes.
Security Awareness:
Be aware of security protocols related to transporting high-profile individuals.
Collaborate with security teams as needed to ensure safety during transport.

Qualifications and Competencies
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License: A clean, valid driver’s license is a must, with a minimum driving experience as required by the company.
Good Driving Record: A clear record with no serious traffic violations or accidents.
Professionalism: A polished and courteous demeanor in all interactions, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of Local Routes: Familiarity with local roads, landmarks, and areas with high traffic to ensure efficient travel.
Communication Skills: Clear communication in both written and spoken formats.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stay alert for extended hours, especially during long-distance drives.
Confidentiality: Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience driving high-profile individuals (diplomats, CEOs, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge of foreign languages or international customs is a plus, especially for diplomatic roles.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in vehicle operation or safety is a bonus.
Experience: No prior experience necessary, though any relevant driving or customer service experience is preferred.
Working Hours:
Flexible hours based on the needs of the clients, including nights and weekends, depending on schedules.
