We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to lead our Nakasero branch. This role requires a passionate leader who can drive business growth while upholding our values of excellence, hospitality, and impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional customer experience.
Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas and staff to uphold Endiro’s hospitality standards.
Maintain high-quality coffee and food service standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Monitor inventory, control waste, and manage costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and community involvement.
Handle financial management, including cash handling, budgeting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Foster a welcoming and positive work environment for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the coffee, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
Passion for coffee, people, and community impact.
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
