National IDs - NIRA recruitment For Over 10,000 Jobs
The executive director of NIRA, Rosemary Kisembo, said that the recruitment exercise will commence on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. She urged interested candidates to visit the NIRA website and apply for the various positions available.
Kisembo explained that the recruitment is part of NIRA's strategy to enhance its capacity for the upcoming NIN distribution campaign. She added that NIRA aims to achieve fair representation across Uganda's parishes by hiring at least one person from each parish where the campaign will take place.
The recruited staff are expected to earn around shillings 500,000 per month for a period of 10 months, which is the estimated duration of the nationwide project.
Kisembo made these remarks during the joint weekly security briefing at Police headquarters at Naguru in Kampala today.
