The Entity requires the supply and delivery of high-quality bond paper under a two-year framework contract. The successful bidder shall supply bond paper that meets the entity’s specified technical standards in terms of size, grammage, brightness, opacity, packaging, and durability, suitable for secure examination printing and administrative use. The supplier will be responsible for timely delivery to the entiity premises or other designated locations, proper packaging to prevent damage or moisture exposure, and ensuring consistent quality throughout the contract period. The contractor must maintain adequate stock levels to meet call-off orders issued under the framework arrangement and comply with all contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
