The selected contractor(s) shall supply, install, configure, test, and commission the required cybersecurity and software solutions for the Stores under a three-year framework contract. The scope includes provision of a Sophos Firewall solution for the Kajjansi Data Center, supply of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software licenses, and supply of other required software licenses. The contractor shall ensure full system integration, configuration to meet organizational security requirements, user training, technical documentation, warranty support, and ongoing maintenance services throughout the contract period. All solutions must meet industry standards for cybersecurity, data protection, system performance, and compliance with relevant regulatory and operational requirements.
