The successful bidder shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of security baggage scanners for the Authority offices under a framework contract. The scope includes conducting site assessments, providing and installing compliant and high-performance scanning equipment, integrating the systems with existing security infrastructure, and ensuring full operational functionality. The contractor shall also provide user training for designated Authority personnel, supply all necessary documentation and manuals, and offer preventive maintenance services, technical support, and timely servicing throughout the contract period to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the equipment.
