Tender Description:
This tender seeks a competent supplier to provide and maintain video conferencing systems for the Company. The assignment involves supplying equipment, installing and configuring systems, and providing ongoing technical support and maintenance to ensure effective communication across Company offices.
Scope of Work:
The contractor shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of video conferencing room bar pro systems, analog table microphones, and all associated accessories required to ensure optimal performance within the Company facilities. The scope includes integrating the systems with existing network infrastructure and ensuring compatibility with modern video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams or equivalent. The contractor shall also provide comprehensive user training, technical documentation, and ongoing support services, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, software and firmware updates, and replacement of faulty components. All services shall be executed in accordance with international standards and best practices to ensure reliable and efficient communication systems across Company offices.
