Tender Description:
This tender aims to engage a competent service provider to deliver a fully functional data center infrastructure for the Bank. The solution should provide high availability, redundancy, security, and scalability to support the Bank’s core systems. The vendor will handle supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of both primary and backup data center sites.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work under this procurement includes the supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive data center infrastructure at both the primary and secondary sites of the Bank. The selected vendor shall provide all necessary hardware and software components, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power backup systems, cooling solutions, and security infrastructure, in line with best industry practices. The vendor will be responsible for designing a resilient and scalable architecture that ensures high availability, redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity. The scope also includes integration with existing systems, thorough testing and validation of all components, documentation, and training of technical staff. Additionally, the vendor shall provide post-installation support, maintenance, and system optimization services to ensure sustained performance, security, and reliability of the data center infrastructure.
