Tender Description:
This tender seeks qualified oil and gas service providers to conduct an independent technical audit of cementing operations in the Kingfisher Oilfield. The objective is to assess cementing quality, verify well integrity, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance safety, performance, and compliance with international standards. The assignment supports continuous improvement in drilling and well completion activities within the Company’s operations.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work under this tender involves the provision of independent third-party audit services for cementing operations conducted in the Kingfisher (KF) Oilfield. The selected consultant will be required to conduct a comprehensive technical review of cementing design, execution, and post-job performance across drilled wells, with a focus on verifying well integrity and zonal isolation. The assignment includes validation of cementing quality using appropriate diagnostic data and methodologies, identification of operational gaps and associated risks, and assessment of compliance with applicable industry standards. The consultant will further provide actionable technical and managerial recommendations aimed at improving cementing performance, enhancing operational safety, and ensuring efficiency in future drilling operations. All activities must align with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API TR 10171-2008, and relevant internal operating procedures.
