The scope of work for this tender includes the provision of professional fumigation, pest control, sanitization, and disinfection services for the Ministry under a framework contract arrangement. The successful bidder shall carry out routine and emergency fumigation and disinfection services at the Ministry Old Building, Treasury Building, New Building, and other rented office premises occupied by the Ministry. The assignment shall include inspection and assessment of infestation risks, treatment and control of pests such as rodents, cockroaches, termites, mosquitoes, ants, bedbugs, and other harmful organisms, application of approved chemicals and treatment methods, environmental safety compliance, waste management where applicable, and submission of service reports after each exercise. The contractor shall ensure that all services are performed professionally, safely, efficiently, and in accordance with public health, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
