The scope of work for this tender includes the provision of comprehensive legal advisory and representation services to the National Building Review Board (NBRB) under a framework contract arrangement for a period of eighteen (18) months. The successful service provider shall offer professional legal support on matters relating to regulatory compliance, governance, contract management, dispute resolution, litigation, statutory interpretation, and institutional operations. The assignment may involve representing the Board before courts, tribunals, arbitration panels, and other legal or administrative bodies; drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts, policies, and legal documents; providing legal opinions and advisory services; and supporting the Board in handling legal disputes and compliance matters. The consultant shall ensure timely, accurate, and confidential legal services in accordance with applicable laws, professional standards, and the requirements outlined in the tender documents.
