An state-owned enterprise in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Provision of Recruitment and Psychometric Services and the Provision of Group Personal Accident (GPA) with Worker’s Compensation (WC) Insurance Cover
Scope of Work:
The scope of work covers the provision of high-quality Recruitment and Psychometric Services, including end-to-end support in sourcing, assessing, and selecting competent personnel for the Company.
The service provider will be responsible for conducting professional psychometric testing, competency assessments, structured interviews, and delivering comprehensive evaluation reports to support informed hiring decisions.
Additionally, the scope includes the provision of Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Worker’s Compensation (WC) insurance coverage for all the Company staff under a framework arrangement.
The selected provider will be required to offer reliable insurance protection, timely claims processing, policy administration, reporting, and continuous support to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and the Company’s internal policies.
The overall assignment aims to ensure efficient staffing solutions and enhanced employee welfare through robust insurance coverage.
