Scope of Work:
The scope of work covers the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Heavy-Duty Echo Machine for Adult Cardiology at the Institute.
The successful bidder will be responsible for providing a high-quality, fully functional echocardiography system that meets the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents, ensuring all necessary accessories, software, and components are included.
The contractor must also conduct on-site installation, perform system calibration, and verify operational efficiency through comprehensive testing.
In addition, the supplier will be required to provide user training for designated clinical staff, offer warranty support, and ensure timely technical assistance and after-sales service to guarantee reliable long-term performance of the equipment.
