The Ministry requires consultancy services for the provision of detailed architectural and engineering designs, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies, and construction supervision for the rehabilitation of selected markets in nine districts under the Rural Development and Food Security in Northern Uganda (RUDSEC) Project financed by KfW . The consultant shall undertake site assessments, feasibility and technical studies, prepare detailed designs and bidding documents, conduct ESIA studies including stakeholder consultations and mitigation plans, obtain statutory approvals, and provide construction supervision services to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, environmental and social safeguards, quality standards, timelines, and budget. The assignment also includes contract administration, certification of works, reporting, and oversight during the defects liability period.
