The successful bidder will provide comprehensive clearing and forwarding services for the Institution under a three-year framework contract, including customs documentation preparation and processing, cargo handling and coordination, port and border clearance, compliance with Uganda Revenue Authority and other regulatory requirements, cargo inspection coordination, timely transportation and delivery of consignments to designated warehouses and health facilities, management of shipping and tracking documentation, and provision of regular status reports to ensure efficient, secure, and timely movement of medical supplies and related goods.
