Tender Description:
An international in Uganda Organization invites qualified and experienced firms to participate in the pre-qualification and framework contracting of goods, services, and works for the period 2026–2028.
The tender seeks to identify reliable suppliers, service providers, and contractors to support the Organization’ operational and programmatic activities across its head office in Kampala and regional offices, ensuring efficient and timely provision of quality goods, services, and maintenance works.
Scope of Work:
The successful pre-qualified firms will be responsible for providing high-quality goods, services, and works in accordance with the Organization’ specifications and timelines.
This includes supply of office consumables, stationery, furniture, IT equipment, fuel, and safety materials; execution of maintenance, repair, and technical works; provision of professional, consulting, and event services; and delivery of specialized services such as vehicle hire, catering, and security.
Firms are expected to ensure timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, and efficient after-sales support where applicable.
The framework agreements will facilitate procurement on an as-needed basis to support the Organization’ programs in mental health service delivery across multiple districts.
