Tender Description:
This tender seeks to procure qualified contractors and consultancy firms to undertake major infrastructure development and supervision projects at the University. The projects are aimed at expanding academic facilities, improving institutional infrastructure, and supporting the university’s growth and development objectives. Eligible firms are invited to participate in the bidding process in line with the procurement guidelines and requirements issued by the University.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this tender includes the provision of consultancy services for supervision of construction works, construction of additional floors at the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, construction of the Inception Building at the University in Kitgum Campus, and the design and construction of the Faculty of Engineering and Green Technologies at the University Campus in Gulu City. The successful bidders will be responsible for carrying out all assigned civil works, engineering, architectural, supervision, project management, and related construction activities in accordance with the approved technical specifications, drawings, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Contractors and consultants shall ensure compliance with PPDA regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental standards, and timely completion of the projects.
