Tender Description:
This tender is aimed at prequalifying competent service providers, contractors, and suppliers for the provision of goods, services, works, and revenue management services for the University and Hoima City. The procurement seeks to establish framework arrangements and retainer contracts to support operational, administrative, infrastructural, and revenue collection activities during the specified financial years. Eligible bidders are invited to participate in accordance with the procurement guidelines and requirements issued by the respective entities.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this tender includes the provision of various services, supplies, works, and management of revenue sources for the University and Hoima City for the Financial Year 2026/2027 and subsequent framework periods where applicable. Successful bidders will be required to supply goods, execute construction and renovation works, provide maintenance and repair services, deliver cleaning and landscaping services, manage revenue collection activities, and offer specialized operational support in accordance with the specifications, schedules, and contractual requirements provided by the respective Procuring and Disposing Entities. Contractors and suppliers shall ensure timely delivery, compliance with PPDA regulations, quality assurance, proper documentation, and adherence to all applicable standards throughout the contract period.
