The selected contractor will be responsible for the full construction of a modern science laboratory at the School in Kapchesombe, in accordance with the approved architectural and structural designs, technical specifications, and applicable building standards.

The work shall include site preparation, excavation, foundation works, structural concrete and masonry, roofing, doors and windows installation, electrical and plumbing works, flooring, wall finishes, painting, and any other related civil works required for a fully functional laboratory.

The contractor shall ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the construction process, provide necessary supervision and skilled labor, and deliver the completed laboratory ready for immediate use, inclusive of all fixtures, fittings, and basic laboratory utilities.

Regular progress reporting to the School’s management and adherence to the project timeline are mandatory.
