A state-owned enterprise in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Construction of an Office Block on Plot 9, 11 & 13 Airport Road, Entebbe
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this procurement involves the comprehensive construction of a modern office block on Plot 9, 11, and 13 Airport Road, Entebbe, in accordance with the architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical specifications provided by the Entity.
The contractor will be responsible for executing all phases of the construction process, including site preparation, civil works, building erection, finishing, installation of utilities and services, and ensuring full compliance with national building codes and safety standards.
The work also includes coordination with the Entity and its consultants, adherence to revised requirements issued in the addendum, implementation of quality assurance measures, and delivery of a fully completed, functional, and safe office facility within the stipulated timelines.
