How to Apply
Operate the weighbridge and record accurate vehicle weights for incoming and outgoing loads.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all weighbridge transactions.
Address inquiries from drivers, clients, or staff about weight discrepancies and delays.
Ensure compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor weighbridge functionality and coordinate maintenance or calibration as needed.
Support overall operational efficiency and perform any other assigned duties.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in weighbridge operations, logistics, or data entry-especially in the agricultural sector-is an advantage.
Strong understanding of weighbridge regulations and compliance standards.
Proficient in English and Kiswahili.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work shifts, longer hours during peak seasons, and in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Ability to travel to other sites and perform occasional manual tasks.
