Warehouse Operations: Supervise all aspects of warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment in line with customer and internal standards.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support warehouse staff, including Warehouse Controllers, to achieve operational excellence and uphold performance standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and daily stock checks. Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the inventory control team.

Resource & Shift Planning: Allocate labor and equipment efficiently across shifts to meet productivity targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

Compliance & Safety: Enforce company standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and legal requirements. Oversee equipment checks, maintenance, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operations and recommend improvements to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Documentation & Audit Readiness: Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all warehouse processes, maintaining audit readiness for internal and external reviews.

System Management: Process stock movements in Oracle, ensuring timely put-away and system accuracy in alignment with JDA guidelines.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and drive collaboration.
