Job Description
Backbone Feeds is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensure efficient storage and distribution of products, and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing logistics and ensuring smooth supply chain processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Ensure proper storage conditions for animal feed products
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams
- Optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on inventory levels and warehouse performance
