Complete routine packaging tasks and assist others by following established procedures
Deliver and supervise the delivery of routine warehouse and store tasks to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded following established procedures
Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching
Follow a range of mandatory procedures and methods of work (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others
Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct
Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency
Organize own work schedule in order to get the job done, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary
Schedule and supervise the transportation of goods and supplies following established procedures to ensure on-time delivery of goods and supplies
Use standard office software to carry out basic formatting of letters, memoranda, and routine reports
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
High School Education in Similar education
Diploma in Supply Chain
Required Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience in a warehouse, preferably in automotive.
Forklift license or material-handling training is a plus.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of automotive spare parts, numbering systems, and catalogues.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP/Warehouse software).
Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners).
Understanding of safety and handling requirements in warehouse operations.
Soft Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Teamwork and ability to coordinate with service, sales, and logistics teams.
Problem-solving mindset for stock discrepancies and urgent requests.
Reliability, discipline, and integrity in handling company assets.
