Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following full-time roles:
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, efficient, and professional table service. This role ensures guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from arrival to departure.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards
