Job Description
The Van Representative is responsible for the secure transportation of goods within an assigned territory. Duties include loading and unloading packages, obtaining recipient signatures, maintaining delivery documentation, communicating issues with the warehouse and sales team, processing payments according to company policy, and ensuring a clean and professional vehicle appearance. The individual must maintain punctual and accurate deliveries while providing courteous customer interaction and contributing to a positive brand image.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Safely operate company delivery van.
Load and unload packages per delivery route.
Deliver items to clients, obtaining signatures when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate delivery records.
Communicate delivery status or issues to warehouse and sales team.
Process customer payments in line with company procedures.
Represent the company positively and uphold a professional image.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of OND or its equivalent.
At least 2 years of driving experience.
Valid driver’s license.

Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks.
