You will collaborate with other departments, provide guidance to your team, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales agents
Supervise and support the sales team to meet the given targets
Provide service and after-sales support to clients

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Manager on business acquisition strategies

Bachelor's degree in any field
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or diploma in insurance is a plus

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
