Job Description
The Unit Manager will lead and manage sales teams, identify and segment target markets, and drive business growth through effective value propositions and diversified sales channels. This role requires strategic planning, performance management, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve set targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
- Identify and segment target markets to optimize business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development of innovative insurance products that meet market needs.
