How to Apply
Safely operate dump trucks, water trucks, and flatbeds, to transport materials and equipment.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition and report any issues.
Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and legal driving requirements.
Maintain proper load distribution and secure cargo according to safety standards.
Transport construction materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and equipment to and from the project site.
Coordinate with the site supervisor to ensure timely delivery according to project schedules.
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the Fleet Manager immediately.
Follow site entry and exit procedures, ensuring compliance with project-specific regulations.
Collaborate with site personnel, supervisors, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Provide timely updates to the supervisor about any delays or obstacles encountered.
Attend safety briefings and participate in relevant training programs.
High school Certificate or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license
Minimum of 5 years of experience driving trucks, preferably in construction or related fields.
Knowledge of traffic laws and construction site safety regulations.
Ability to operate various types of trucks
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
